Anna Sheppard, the youngest child of Daniel Sheppard and Mary Miniours, was born in Galveston, Texas on February 19, 1891. This photo was probably made around 1910 - 1912. She married Louis H. Bunde in 1913. She was such a lively loving little woman and everyone's "favorite aunt". She and Louis had no children but she raised her sister Emily's daughter, Rose E. Traverso, when her sister died when Rose was still a girl. Louis Bunde always called Annie, "Irish". She died in Galveston on January 1, 1982.

Annie's mother was born in Wateford, Ireland but her name may be French in origin. French craftsmen were imported
to work in the glass industry as early as the late 18th century.
